Happy Birthday to Yuna's rival

It's Sept 25th, and in the spirit of good sportsmanship, I wanna greet Yuna Kim's greatest rival on ice, Mao Asada of Japan, a happy 20th birthday. Mao Asada is the Olympic Silver Medalist (Yuna was Gold, hehe). Yuna and Mao, who are born only 20 days apart, had been competing against each other ever since they were both in the juniors level. It also didn't help the decades of existing tensions between South Korea and Japan. However, both girls had gone on a couple of interviews with each other, and seemed to have taken their rivalry as a positive motivation to become better and better. So happy birthday, Mao!

Below is a pic of the top 3 female figure skaters on the planet at the Vancouver Winter Olympics earlier this year. from left to right: Mao Asada of Japan (Silver), Yuna Kim of Korea (Gold), and Joanie Rochette of Canada (Bronze).
